  • What should I plan for the day of delivery?
    On the day of delivery, you must have in hand a copy of the papers requested in the contract, your deposit check as well as the first rental payment. We will also complete the contract with you if necessary.
  • How do payments work?
    On the day of delivery, you must pay the amount for the current month. Thereafter, all payments will be on the 1st of each month.
  • Do I have to pay taxes?
    No, the price of our packs is tax included.
  • Why give a deposit?
    The deposit serves as insurance against the equipment. It will be given to you at the end of your contract, after inspection of the furniture. In the event of equipment breakdown, a certain amount may be withheld from your deposit or the entire deposit.
  • I'm moving, what happens with the transport of my furniture?
    It is your duty to contact us to tell us about your move. Only Pack Mobilier can transport the furniture from your home to another because it is our property.
  • What is my commitment to Pack Mobilier during my rental period?
    First of all, keep your furniture clean and in good condition. Also, to provide us with a valid telephone number, a valid email, and to respond to messages sent within a reasonable time. If for a personal reason you must leave the country before the end of your contract, you must notify us in advance of your departure. If you plan to rent your room with our furniture to another person, you must notify us so that we can verify the information of the new tenant and thus make a new contract with them.
  • I am unable to make my payment on the scheduled date, what is the solution?
    First, notify us. We prefer the card of honesty than having to chase after you. It is possible to make an agreement with you, depending on the reasons for the late payment. We have some flexibility to accommodate you. If we have not heard from you after a week of late payment or the reasons for the late payment are not valid, we reserve the right to recover our furniture without notice.
